Kelly A.
Office Manager
Kelly is the Office Manager and has been part of the practice's growth and success from the very beginning. She brings a strong background in leadership, business operations, hospitality management, and patient care to her role.
Before transitioning into dentistry, Kelly built a successful career in hospitality management, including serving as a Food and Beverage Director at hotel casinos in Las Vegas and at the Nickelodeon Resort in Orlando. She later entered the dental field, completed dental assisting school, and expanded her clinical knowledge before advancing into office management.
Kelly enjoys working in a non-corporate setting where the team can build genuine relationships with patients and help them achieve their best oral health. She keeps daily operations running smoothly, supports both patients and team members, and helps create a welcoming, organized environment. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys traveling to theme parks, roller coasters, space exploration, rocket launches, and supporting animal rescue organizations.
Karla A.
Certified Registered Dental Hygienist
Karla is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the practice in July 2023. She earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Miami Dade College's Medical Campus and is committed to continuing education and staying current with advancements in dental care.
Karla enjoys working with a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. She contributes by creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient through preventive care, patient education, and personalized treatment. Her goal is to help patients feel confident about their oral health and overall well-being.
As a bilingual dental hygienist, Karla enjoys helping both English- and Spanish-speaking patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, making memories with her young son, traveling, spending time outdoors, and participating in church activities.
Anna M.
Lead Dental Assistant
Anna is a Lead Dental Assistant who joined the practice in 2026. She is currently in the process of credential revalidation in the United States and brings a strong dental background to the team. Anna has completed certificate programs in aesthetic dentistry and implants at the UniCPO Institute in Bauru, Brazil, as well as prosthodontics at UNAM in Mexico City.
Anna loves the collaborative environment of the practice and appreciates being part of a dedicated professional team that prioritizes patient care. She contributes by providing excellent care to patients and helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Outside the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, going for walks, and exercising.
